“Spaghetti Western” is another stunning Foodscape from London-based artist and photographer Carl Warner.
Deliciousness abounds in this amazingly detailed piece of art: spaghetti as the sky and tumbleweeds, hills made of bread (I think), and a proscuitto cape.
Warner’s process is time-consuming and precise. He creates detailed plans for each of his images and spends several days finding and setting up the perfect edible items to fulfil his vision.
“The scenes are photographed in layers from foreground to background and sky as the process is very time consuming and so the food quickly wilts under the lights. Each element is then put together in post production to achieve the final image.” (from Warner’s website)
